If a product arrives damaged, it will be considered a defective item upon arrival. If more than three days have passed since delivery, it may not be recognized as a defective item upon arrival, so we recommend checking the contents as soon as your product arrives.

*Please note that in cases of defective items upon arrival or incorrect orders, depending on the extent of the damage, we may only be able to replace the damaged parts.

It will take approximately 2 to 14 business days from the completion of your purchase procedure.
