【Notice】2025 Overseas Lunar New Year Holiday Inquiry and Logistics Suspension Period

We would like to inform you about our inquiry and logistics holiday schedule during the overseas Lunar New Year break.

■ Customer Support Office Closure Period:
January 28, 2025 (Tuesday) - January 31, 2025 (Friday)
* Closed services: Inquiries via LINE and email
Reduced working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (February 2, 3, 4)

During the closure, replies to LINE and email inquiries will be delayed. We will respond sequentially on the reduced working days mentioned above.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

■ Overseas Factory Closure Period:
January 20, 2025 (Monday) - February 10, 2025 (Monday)
* Closed services: Product manufacturing, inspection, assembly, shipping, etc.
* Even during the holiday period, immediate shipping of in-stock items will be handled sequentially from February 2.

■ Partner Logistics Company Closure Period:
January 28, 2025 (Tuesday) - February 4, 2025 (Tuesday)
* Closed services: Administrative processing for overseas logistics, customs clearance processing at overseas customs points

The above closed services will be handled sequentially from February 5, 2025 (Wednesday).

During the overseas Lunar New Year holiday period, the delivery of ordered products may take longer than usual. There is a possibility of some delays in logistics.
