[Notice] Overseas Lunar New Year Holiday Period for Inquiries and Logistics in 2026

We would like to inform you about our inquiry and logistics holiday period during the overseas Lunar New Year.

■Customer Support Desk Closure Period:
 Monday, February 16, 2026 – Thursday, February 19, 2026
*Closed services: LINE and email inquiries
 Reduced working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (February 15, February 20 – February 23)
During the closure period, responses to LINE and email inquiries will be delayed. We will respond sequentially during the reduced working hours mentioned above.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

■ Overseas Factory Closure Period:
 Tuesday, February 10, 2026 – Friday, February 27, 2026
*Closed services: Product manufacturing, inspection, assembly, shipping, etc.
*Even during the consecutive holidays, ready-to-ship items will be dispatched sequentially starting from Sunday, February 22.

■ Partner Logistics Company Closure Period:
 Sunday, February 15, 2026 – Monday, February 23, 2026
*Closed services: Processing of international logistics administrative procedures, customs clearance procedures at international customs destinations
We will resume these closed services sequentially starting from Tuesday, March 3, 2026.

During the overseas Lunar New Year holiday period, the arrival of ordered products may take longer than usual. There may be some delays in logistics.
