■ Customer Support Window Closure Period:

* Closed services: Inquiries via LINE and email

　Reduced hours: May 3 (Saturday), 4 (Sunday), 5 (Monday)

 

During the closure period, replies to LINE and email inquiries will be delayed.

We will respond sequentially on the reduced-hour days mentioned above.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

 

■ Overseas Factory Closure Period:

　May 1, 2025 (Thursday) - May 5, 2025 (Monday)

* Closed services: Product manufacturing, inspection, assembly, shipping, etc.

 

■ Partner Logistics Company Closure Period:

　May 1, 2025 (Thursday) - May 5, 2024 (Monday)

* Closed services: Administrative processing for international logistics, customs clearance processing at overseas customs locations

* During the above period, shipping of outlet products will be suspended. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

*For immediate delivery products, shipments will be suspended from May 3 (Saturday) to May 6 (Tuesday), and will operate as usual on other dates.

 

Product manufacturing, inspection, and shipping will be handled sequentially from May 6, 2025 (Tuesday).

During the holidays, it will take longer than usual for products to be delivered to your address. There may be some delays in logistics.
