Please find below the holiday period for inquiries and logistics due to overseas holidays.
■ Customer Support Window Closure Period:
 October 1, 2024 (Tuesday) - October 7, 2024 (Monday)
※Closed services: Inquiries via LINE and email
 Reduced working hours: 10:00 - 18:00 (4th, 5th, 6th, 7th)
During the holiday period, responses to LINE and email inquiries may be delayed.
We will respond sequentially on the reduced working days mentioned above.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
■ Overseas Factory Closure Period:
 September 30, 2024 (Monday) - October 3, 2024 (Thursday)
※Closed services: Product manufacturing, inspection, assembly, shipping, etc.
■ Partner Logistics Company Closure Period:
 September 30, 2024 (Monday) - October 7, 2024 (Monday)
※Closed services: Administrative processing for overseas logistics, customs clearance processing at overseas customs
For the closed services mentioned above, we will respond sequentially from October 7, 2024 (Sunday).
※1 During the holiday period, due to the suspension of departures by our partner logistics company, it may not be possible to specify a delivery date. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
※2 For items in stock at our Japanese warehouse, shipments will be handled as usual, but orders placed on the 4th and 5th will be shipped on the 7th.
During the overseas holiday period, the arrival of your ordered items may take longer than usual. There is a possibility of some logistics delays.
