■Customer Support Window Closure Period:
September 15, 2024 (Sunday) - September 17, 2024 (Tuesday)
*Closed operations: Inquiries via LINE and email
　Reduced hours: 10:00 - 18:00 (Sunday and Monday)

During the closure period, responses to LINE and email inquiries will be delayed. We will respond sequentially on the reduced-hour workdays mentioned above.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

■Overseas Factory and Partner Logistics Company Closure Period:
September 15, 2024 (Sunday) - September 17, 2024 (Tuesday)
*Closed operations: Product inspection, shipping, etc.

We will resume the above closed operations sequentially from September 18, 2024 (Wednesday).

*1 During the long weekend, due to the suspension of departures from our partner logistics company, there is a possibility that we may not be able to accept specified arrival dates. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
*2 Products in stock at our Japanese warehouse will not be affected.

During the overseas public holiday long weekend, the arrival of ordered products may take longer than usual. There is a possibility of some delays in logistics.
