【Notice】Delivery information during the Obon period

This is an important announcement regarding deliveries during the Obon period.

From Saturday, August 10, 2024, to Sunday, August 18, some of our partnered logistics companies will be closed for the Obon holiday.
Due to this, delivery services will be suspended, and delays such as logistical congestion, undelivered items, and deferred arrivals are expected before and after the Obon holiday period.

Therefore, it will take longer than usual for products to be delivered to your address during the holiday period.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or trouble this may cause our customers.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Please be assured that our customer support desk will operate as usual during the Obon period.
