　Reduced Hours: 10:00 - 18:00 (on the 13th, 15th, and 17th)

During the closure period, responses to LINE and email inquiries will be delayed. We will respond sequentially on the reduced-hour workdays mentioned above.

■ Overseas Factory Closure Period:

※Closed Services: Product manufacturing, procurement, inspection, shipping, etc.
※Some partner factories will be closed until February 24th.

■ Partner Logistics Company Closure Period:
　Saturday, February 10, 2024 - Saturday, February 17, 2024
※Closed Services: Processing of administrative procedures for international logistics, customs procedures at overseas customs points

For the closed services mentioned above, we will respond sequentially starting from Sunday, February 18, 2024.

During the overseas Lunar New Year holiday period, the arrival of your ordered products may take longer than usual. There is a possibility of partial delays in logistics.
